College Recruitment
Co-ops and Internship ProgramEaton Vance’s co-op and internship program provides students with learning and career development opportunities through real-world experience with the Company. We recruit over 100 co-ops and interns annually to work in investment, sales, information technology, marketing, operations and administrative functions. An important part of our college recruitment strategy is to convert a high percentage of our co-ops and interns into full-time employees.
Outside of the day-to-day work experience of our co-ops and interns, we provide development programs to build essential business skills and to reinforce the importance of giving back to the community.
- Training: Co-ops and interns participate in an immersive orientation, taking training courses that range from an overview of the mutual fund services industry to an insider’s view of Eaton Vance brands, investment offerings, workplace and culture.
- Networking: Co-ops and interns are provided with the opportunity to network with other program participants and fulltime employees through Eaton Vance’s “Lunch & Learn” series, which features speakers from across the firm, as well as by engaging through our employee resource groups.
- Giving Back: Co-ops and interns participate in multiple volunteer opportunities with local charitable organizations, including Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Boston, the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Conservancy and Thompson Island Outward Bound.
