College Recruitment

Co-ops and Internship Program

Eaton Vance’s co-op and internship program provides students with learning and career development opportunities through real-world experience with the Company. We recruit over 100 co-ops and interns annually to work in investment, sales, information technology, marketing, operations and administrative functions. An important part of our college recruitment strategy is to convert a high percentage of our co-ops and interns into full-time employees.

Outside of the day-to-day work experience of our co-ops and interns, we provide development programs to build essential business skills and to reinforce the importance of giving back to the community.
